Agreement
These terms apply whenever you use https://www.dsignzhub.com (this "site") or engage Dsignzhub ("we", "us") for services. By using this site or asking us to start work, you agree to them. Where we agree a separate written scope, quote or contract for a project, the specific terms in that document take priority over these general terms.
Our services
We provide website design and development, e-commerce, SEO, Google Ads, branding and related digital services, described on our Services and Pricing pages. Pricing shown on this site is indicative; the exact scope, timeline and fixed quote for your project are confirmed with you before work begins, usually after a short scoping call.
Getting started
- Work begins once we've agreed the scope and price with you, generally over email or a written quote.
- Changes beyond the agreed scope are discussed and priced separately before we carry them out — we don't invoice for extra work you haven't approved.
- Timelines depend on you providing content, feedback and access (e.g. domain, hosting or ad account logins) in a reasonably timely manner; delays on your end can shift the delivery date.
Payment
Payment terms (amount, schedule and method) are agreed individually per project and confirmed in writing before work begins. Ongoing packages such as those on our Pricing page are billed as stated there.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, the resulting code, designs and content become your property, and any domain, hosting or ad accounts registered in your name remain yours regardless of whether you continue working with us. Work that hasn't yet been paid for remains our property until payment is received.
No guaranteed results
We work to good practice for SEO, advertising and marketing, but rankings, ad performance and campaign results depend on factors outside our control — including competitors, platform algorithm changes, and how search engines and ad platforms (like Google) choose to rank or price things. We can't guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales figures.
Third-party platforms
Where our work involves third-party platforms — Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media platforms, payment gateways, hosting providers and similar — your use of those platforms is governed by their own separate terms, and we aren't responsible for their availability, pricing changes or policy changes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost business) arising from your use of our services or this site. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Ending an engagement
Either party can end an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice. You remain responsible for paying for work completed up to that point.
Using this website
Content on this site is provided for general information about our services and is not a guarantee of any specific outcome. You may not copy or reproduce the content of this site for commercial purposes without our permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
